Fall Learning: Land Records presented by the Toronto Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society

Autumn is here again… a season for harvesting, preserving and learning with Toronto Branch! Our very popular course on Crown land records is returning in November and now’s the time to register.

Join instructor Jane MacNamara on three consecutive Thursday evenings via Zoom to learn about the process involved in acquiring land from the Crown in early Upper Canada, and the astounding wealth of records it generated. And there’s a bonus—you’ll also learn how to make the most of the newly digitized Ontario Land Records Index (OLRI) and FamilySearch’s Full-Text Search.
