The Haliburton County Landowners Association (HCLA) would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all members who participated in our recent Annual General Meeting and executive election process. Your engagement and involvement are what continue to make HCLA a strong and effective local chapter of the Ontario Landowners Association.
We are pleased to announce the return of the following Executive members in their current roles:
- Kythe Baldwin, President
- Paul Newby, VicePresident
- Carolyn Rowe, Treasurer
We are also delighted to welcome Colleen Sinclair to the Executive in her newly nominated position as Membership Director. Her involvement strengthens our leadership team and reflects the continued growth of our association.
At this time, there remains one open position on the Executive for a Multimedia Director. We encourage any member with an interest in communications, digital content, or outreach to consider stepping forward. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the visibility and effectiveness of HCLA.
In addition to election updates, we are excited to share that member feedback was overwhelmingly in favour of hosting a Spring Dinner and Dance. This event will be a wonderful opportunity to come together, celebrate our community, and enjoy an evening of fellowship and fun.
Members interested in helping bring this event to life are invited to volunteer for the organizing committee. All assistance is welcome and greatly appreciated. Please reach out to us by email if you would like to get involved.
