In 2013/14 we had produced a Municipal Councillor’s Guide, which expressed that there were/are limitations on the powers and authority of Municipal Council and Staff. It would seem that with the presentation of the Ontario Landowner’s Municipal Councillor’s Guide, Municipal Affairs have taken a more in-depth approach to their present 2014 Municipal Councillor’s Guide. This report is to supplement our previous report/guide.
