A Meeting and a Plowing Match in September 2022 by the OLA

We have exciting news! Announcing two great Landowner events in September. We begin with the CLA AGM and Public Meeting on September 10 and then move on to the International Plowing Match starting on September 20.

The Carleton Landowners Association is hosting an AGM and Public Meeting on Saturday, September 10. The AGM will be followed by guest speakers Jeff Bogaerts, OLA President, and Bruce Pardy, professor of law at Queen’s University and Executive Director of Rights Probe. Many of you will be familiar with Professor Pardy’s articles and videos on a wide range of topics, including property rights. We invite you to visit the Rights Probe website (www.rightsprobe.org) to learn more, and to consider a donation. “Rights Probe defends and promotes the classical liberal conception of individual rights and the rule of law, in which people have primary control over their own lives and their own decisions; and seeks to inform and assist people to resist government coercion and mob rule.”  Donations are tax deductible.

Its official! The Ontario Landowners Association will be at the International Plowing Match and Rural Expo (IPM) in September. We are very excited to once again get out and meet our members and the public after more than two years of being locked down.
